Il BRICCOTTO, Dolcetto di Dogliani d.o.c. è ottenuto da un vigneto che vanta tre esposizioni: Est, Sud e Ovest. Ciò permette di ottenere in tutte le annate un perfetto bilanciamento della maturazione. Il suolo marnoso e la buona escursione termica garantiscono una vivacità cromatica e un aroma caratterizzato da frutta rossa.
Al palato si presenta con carattere ampio senza cadere in eccessi e scivola verso un fondo bocca piacevole e caldo.
This BRICCOTTO, Dolcetto di Dogliani is obtained from the Briccotto vineyard that has the advantage of facing three different sides: East, South and West. This assures a perfect balance of ripeness every year. The marly soil and the good temperature range assure the typical chromatic vivacity and re fruit aroma. It gives wide sensation to the palate without being excessive and it slips through the mouth in a warm likeable way.
